Company Policy
When you choose Gift Basket Celebrations, you are trusting us to
provide you with the very best products and customer service. We
take that responsibility very seriously. If something isn't
right, please let us know so that we can make it right.
Shipping
We ship UPS Ground throughout the continental United States.
All orders ship from Cary, North Carolina. If you need to know
estimated arrival date, please contact us.
We will make every attempt to ship out orders received by
10 a.m. EST on the same day (except during peak holiday periods)
or you may request a future shipping date. During the holidays,
please allow as much lead time as possible. You will be notified
if your order is delayed.
Most shipping charges range from $8 - $15 for UPS Ground shipping.
Please verify that all addresses are correct. Penalties and
re-shipping fees will be charged for incorrect addresses.
Local Deliveries
We deliver locally throughout the Triangle, Monday through Friday.
We will make every attempt to deliver orders received by
10 a.m. EST on the same day (except during peak holiday periods)
or you may request a future delivery date. During the holidays,
please allow as much lead time as possible. You will be notified
if your order is delayed.
Most local delivery charges range from $8 - $15.

recipient's phone number for all residential deliveries.
Penalties and re-delivery fees will be charged for incorrect
addresses.
Substitutions
Many of the designs shown are available with various color
schemes, containers, decorative cello, and ribbons. Products and
containers are subject to change, based on availability, and we
reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.
No need to worry - it will be equally delicious!
Chocolate items will only be shipped as weather permits, generally
from October to May. During other months, we will substitute other
gourmet products for chocolate.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. To establish a
corporate account with invoice billing, please call our office.
